Online bookings made through our FareHarbor shop are confirmed when you receive the booking confirmation. The product-specific terms, including cancellation terms, shown in the booking window apply.
Booking requests are not yet confirmed bookings. A booking request becomes binding only when we have confirmed it to you by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Please make sure that names, dates, times, addresses, flight numbers and phone numbers are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect booking information.
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Transfer prices are per vehicle and one way, according to the route and number of passengers, as shown on the price list. There is no booking fee. Extras such as meet & greet or a luggage trailer are charged as listed.

Prices include one normal suitcase and one hand bag or roller per person. Extra or oversized luggage, skis and sports equipment must be announced in advance. Child seats are available on request and subject to availability; a child seat is only reserved once we have confirmed it.
If you give us your flight number, we can follow your arrival. Meet & greet includes a 60-minute buffer for delayed flights. For departures, the passenger is responsible for choosing a pickup time that allows enough time for check-in, security and winter road conditions.
The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed. Not seeing the aurora is not a reason for a refund unless the product terms say otherwise. Public tours run with a minimum of 3 participants.
For transfers to Norway or other international destinations, passengers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents.
Arctic weather can affect journey times and, in rare cases, make a journey impossible. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control.
